Further information on the handling of usage data

Cookies

This website meets the obligation to indicate the use of cookies. By using cookies, web pages can be made user-friendly, effective and secure. Text files with information based on user activities are temporarily stored in the user’s browser. Visit preferences and website settings can thus be defined and saved. The stored cookies can be viewed and managed for each website:

Chrome: Click on the lock (for SSL-certified pages) or the information symbol (i) at the top next to the address line. Select “Cookies ([number] in use)”
Firefox: Click the icon at the top left next to the web address. Follow the click field to the right and select “More Information”. The cookie management can be found under “Permissions”.
Internet Explorer: Select “Tools” > “Internet Options” after the cogwheel symbol. Click the “Privacy” tab. Under “Settings” you will find the item “Advanced” with the management options for cookies.
By storing cookies, you enable this homepage to be adapted to individual visitor needs in terms of content and structure. Website settings are saved for a limited period of time and recalled the next time you visit the website. This website follows the guidelines (section 96, para. 3, TKG.04) for user information on the use of cookies.

Analysis of the web pages by HR4YOU

When you visit our web pages, our web server only stores the IP address, the date, the time and the page visited. The IP address of your computer will be anonymised. We only evaluate this data in order to optimise the web pages and to be able to ward off attacks on our web server if necessary.

We also use our own cookies for improved user guidance. These are cryptic numbers which control the connection to our web pages during the session. You can set your browser so that it informs you about the placement of cookies. This makes their use transparent for you.

Use of Google Analytics (anonymizeIp)

This website also uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer in order to enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case of IP anonymisation having been activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be first abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatories to the treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activity and to provide additional services related to the website use and internet use for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of the cookies via appropriate settings in your browser software; however, we must point out that in this case you might not be able to make full use of all functions of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en) and installing it. For more information, see http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en or http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html (general information about Google Analytics and data protection). We would like to point out that the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” has been added to Google Analytics on this website to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website. AdWords / Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager and the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and in the context of this conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad served by Google. These cookies expire after 90 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be traced through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information to personally identify users. Users who do not wish to participate in tracking can easily disable the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via their internet browser under “User Settings”. These users are not included in the conversion tracking statistics. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Use of social plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins

When you access a page of our website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated with the page. Through this integration Facebook receives the information that your browser has opened the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged on to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can immediately associate your visit to our website with your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button or making a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found in the Facebook data policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to associate the data collected via our website directly with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the Facebook plugins from loading with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the “Facebook Blocker” (http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/) or the”NoScript” script blocker (http://noscript.net/).

Your personal details

Beyond this, personal data is only stored if you provide it to us voluntarily, e.g. as part of an enquiry in the contact form or by email. If you provide us with your data via the contact form, we will use this data to contact you about your enquiry. We will usually contact you by email and telephone. Furthermore, we use your postal address to keep you informed about interesting offers and news from HR4YOU. With your explicit consent we also use your email address for marketing and advertising purposes. If you no longer wish to receive information and/or advertising from us, you can inform us of your objection to the use of your data at any time, e.g. by email to marketing@hr4you.de.

Online applications

You can use our online application tool to apply quickly and easily. The information you provide us with in the online application form will, of course, only be used for processing your application and will only be passed on within HR4YOU AG. Your contact and application data will be stored by us for the duration of the application process. Your application data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after the end of the application process unless you request a free deletion. We use an encryption method for the online transmission of your application data so that your details are protected against unauthorised access (see below). Please note that applications you send us by email will be sent to us unencrypted. We therefore recommend the use of the online application tool.

Data security

We take appropriate measures to implement the technical and organisational protection of your data. Our employees are obliged to observe data protection and our service providers commissioned with data processing have been carefully selected and are also committed to data protection. Some areas of the website, in which particularly sensitive data is transmitted, e.g. in forms, are also encrypted by us using SSL to protect your data from unauthorised access. You usually recognise encrypted web pages by the lock symbol of your browser. Please note that an unencrypted data transmission (via email or other web forms) may be read by unauthorised persons outside our sphere of influence. If you wish to transmit sensitive data to us unencrypted, we therefore recommend that you use other transmission methods.

Do you have questions, wishes and/or suggestions for improvement?

We are looking forward for you to contact us. Feel free to contact us by email at datenschutz@hr4you.de
